At Social Gatherings we have much to offer to our guest. We carry tablecloths that can be rented for an extra fee. We have an on-site ice machine free for our guest to use. The venue has a kitchenette with a mini fridge & sink. Our lights in the venue dim to set any mood. We also carry props, coffee bar, and microwave free for our clients.

Social Gatherings does NOT supply liquor. Any guest is welcome to bring their own. Don't worry, we got the ice!
With enough chairs and tables for 100+ guest we can accommodate a larger event. We have handicap parking in the front and more parking on side of building and in the rear.
Business or Corporate
Looking for a space to have a meeting? Or maybe you would like to reward the corporate team with honors dinner. Social Gatherings can accommodate.
We have a 1080P 5G WIFI Bluetooth Projector. Capable of screen mirroring or connecting via HDMI to a laptop. We have microphone and speaker system. The venue has WIFI for all of our guest to use.
We also work with many catering companies and have licensed bartenders if you need them for the work holiday party! *We know a good DJ too ;)
Social Gatherings is located in the heart of downtown Union City. There are many great hotels near, for out-of-towners.

Social Gatherings guest are more than welcome to bring in coolers or cater food in. Our venue is not equipped with a stove. The event holder is required to have the venue cleaned before the allotted time has expired. Floors must be swept, mopped, tables cleaned & any trash is to be pulled and taken to the dumpster behind venue.
If tablecloths are rented for your celebration, they should be removed from tables and placed in linen basket. Our team will have them cleaned and replaced for future celebrations.
Social Gatherings rents for $100 an hour Monday-Thursday, and Sunday 9am-11pm. On "Prime Time" hours are a flat rate of $500, along with the $150 refundable. Prime Time hours are Friday & Saturday 5PM- 10PM. Prime Time hours cannot be split for lesser charge.
Gratuity of 15% will be added to any event pricing over $1000.
Gratuity for events under $1000 in not required but appreciated by our team!
